Maggie Greenwood
Executive Director
With over 25 years in marketing and community relations experience in Arizona, Maggie found her true passion when she moved to Prescott over 12 years ago. Using her PR and Community Relations experience Maggie has become a part of Prescott, getting involved, making a difference and building community trust. Maggie has sat on over 7 community boards and currently sits on Salvation Army, Yavapai Silent Witness and City of Prescott Acker Trust. Maggie was awarded the Arizona Governor’s Award for Community Service in 2007 for her work in Yavapai County and the National ICSC Marketing Award for Community Programs in 2006.


Phyllis Doss
Business Office Manager
Phyllis has worked at Alta Vista from June of 2011. Along with human resources, she also performs as the business office manager. She is very committed to excellent customer service for residents and employees alike. Originally from Colorado, Phyllis found her way to Prescott in 2003. She likes spending her free time working out, spending time outdoors and caring for her finicky felines.
Edward Thran
Director of Wellness
Hello I'm Eddie and originally from Northeastern Nevada, however I've been in Prescott the past 11 years. I received my nursing degree 15 years ago and still enjoy every bit of it. I spend my "free" time trying to keep my old house standing and throwing a ball for my dogs. I was in and out of Alta Vista for a couple of years as a visiting nurse and readily accepted a full time position here when it became available as I always found it a "happy place" to visit via the residents as well as the staff.


Robert Davis
Chef
Chef Robert Davis comes to Alta Vista Senior Community from the beautiful Prescott Resort and Conference Center. He began his career locally in Prescott washing dishes at the Pine Cone Inn. After graduating from Prescott high school, he attended I.T.T. Technical Institute studying in the field of computer aided design and engineering. After spending 2 semesters at I.T.T tech Chef Robert transferred back to Yavapai College, and continued his love for cooking. Taking a semester off from his studies he earned a position on the opening culinary team for Planet Hollywood Phoenix. After a year in Phoenix Chef became a certified corporate trainer and move to San Diego to open Planet Hollywood Horton Plaza. While in San Diego Chef Robert trained under Chef Scott Meskan, who was a partner, chef owner of Georges at the Cove. When the time came for Chef and his wife to start our family, coming home to Prescott was the only choice for them. Upon returning to the area, Chef Robert accepted a position at the Prescott Resort and Conference center, where he has worked for the next 14 years, as banquet chef, Sous chef and in 2006 accepted the position of Executive Chef.
Clare Lei
Dining Room Supervisor
Clare comes to Alta Vista with 10 years of customer service experience as well as 5 years in the food and beverage industry. She has worked her way up from a Server to Dining Room Supervisor in the last few years at an independent senior living facility in Washington state. Clare enjoys working with senior citizens and contributes it to both her grandmother and mother being nurses in senior living homes. Clare also comes from a military family, and her father served in the Navy. She also has uncles, cousins and friends who have or are currently serving in the Air Force, Army, Navy and National Guard. Her boyfriend is a former Marine who has been on two tours in Fallujah, Iraq. Clare could not be more proud of her family and friends and their accomplishments in the military. New to Prescott and Arizona, Clare and her boyfriend spend their spare time taking their dog on adventures and exploring what this state has to offer. When she is not busy with work or college, she likes to read, paint, and go kayaking.


Ashley Miller
Live Well Director
Hi my name is Ashley Miller, I am the Activity Director at Alta Vista Senior Living. I have been working in assisted living for 8 years! I enjoy making people smile and laugh. My passion is to help seniors with fun, active, activity to keep life interesting! I was born in Portland Oregon, but raised in a small farming town of Lebanon Oregon. I moved to Mayer Arizona in my late teen years and have been their ever since. I graduated from Mayer high school in 2006, then went on to pursue my career in the nursing field. I am a proud mother of 2 handsome young boys, my oldest is 8 yrs old, his name is Beau Taylor. My youngest is 2 years old, his name is Kole Logan, these two boys are the light of my life! I have been happily married to my best friend Shane for 3 amazing years. We are also proud parents of a 1 yr old American Great Dane, His name is Dozer! We enjoy the outdoors, hunting, fishing, camping, etc.
Perriann Holden
Sales & Marketing Director
Perriann moved to Prescott, AZ in 1989. She came from Chicago, IL where she graduated from Western Illinois University with a BA in Communications and a Minor in Marketing. Perriann joined Alta Vista in August of 2011. As an experienced licensed real estate agent with the Senior Real Estate Specialist Designation, Perriann understands the challenges seniors and their families experience during the transition to a new home/location. Her knowledge and skills offer “peace of mind” during that transition period. Perriann makes Alta Vista shine a little brighter every day.


Shannon Vialpando
Director of Community Relations
Shannon has been in senior living since 2011 and it has become her passion! With an advertising and marketing background she is a great fit! Shannon has been in the Prescott area for 20+ years where she raised her two daughters and is now blessed to be a grandmother. She is very involved with the community and is on several committees. She strives to make a difference in the lives of those she comes in contact with!
Danielle Wiese
Move-in Coordinator
Danielle joined the Alta Vista team in December 2010 and serves as our Move-In Coordinator and “Jill” of all trades. In August 2014, she experienced her greatest accomplishment when she welcomed her beautiful daughter into the world. Danielle has been in customer relations since 2005 and feels she has truly found her passion working in senior living.
